The Undergraduate Study Programme 2026-2027 was approved by the 13th Assembly of the Department on 15 May 2026 and applies from the academic year 2026-2027, with transitional arrangements for students admitted in earlier academic years.
The programme combines theological education, Religious Studies and contemporary approaches from the humanities and social sciences. It emphasises interdisciplinarity, critical thinking, research competence, student-centred learning and the use of digital methods and tools.

Graduates are expected to develop knowledge, skills and competences in Theology and Religious Studies, critical interpretation of religious texts and phenomena, research methods, interreligious and intercultural communication, digital tools, educational design, academic integrity and responsible participation in interdisciplinary and multicultural environments.
To graduate, students must complete at least eight academic semesters, successfully complete all 27 compulsory courses and 20 elective courses, and accumulate a total of 240 ECTS credits. Accumulating 240 ECTS without completing all required course categories is not sufficient for graduation.
